Joining IAM Montessori as CFO, she is responsible for project finance, Investment, and other financial aspects of the company. She is passionate about providing children with quality education and care using Montessori practices.

Nadia qualified as a Montessori Educator in 2000 and has been working in the industry ever since. She is a qualified trainer and loves sharing her Montessori knowledge with anyone who is interested. Deeply passionate about the Montessori Method, Nadia’s goal is to spread the Montessori Philosophy to as many people as possible.

Aisling qualified as a Montessori Directress in 2010 and have since worked in the 3-6 sector of Montessori. Aisling has worked in two of the most prestigious Montessori preschools in Ireland before her transition to Australia. Following the Montessori philosophy, Aisling has worked to develop Individual Education Plans for children with different needs such as Down Syndrome, Autism, Asperger’s and ADHD.
